Roti-Si's full porchetta carving station and chicken-roasting oven are inspired by Sunday markets in Italy. Rotisserie has been the backbone of European farmers markets throughout history, and now an exciting new addition to our Kaka'ako and KailuaTown markets.

Roti-Si will be selling Porchetta (Italian roasted pork) and rotisserie chicken, by the pound or in sandwiches. Sandwiches are served on ciabatta bread, baked fresh from local bakeries, complemented by the chef's specialty sauces. Vegetarian options will also be available. Sides include roasted potatoes, seasonal farm salads and non-alcoholic herbal tonics.

Forage is expecting to have fresh mahi-mahi and ono in stock this weekend! There, you can also shop frozen mahi or white fish, the latter of which may be stored frozen with hardly any noticeable difference in flavor or texture.

You can count on Forage's fish to all be sustainably caught within 20 miles of Oahu by small day boat fisherman.

While the "best" veggies to serve a picky eater depends on the child, Gust recommends roasted or raw baby carrots, raw mini sweet peppers, roasted or whipped sweet potato, sweet potato fries, corn, roasted butternut or acorn squash, and cucumber.

  1. Add a dip
  2. Try it roasted
  3. Sautee or steam
  4. Add a sauce
  5. Find your child's preferred textures
  6. (Bonus tip) Make vegetables fun! Gust recommends incorporating art or food experiments with veggies. Make a sensory bin or build a veggie structure.
